Installation Features

Regardless of the installation location of the air ducts - outside or inside the room, the installation technology is always the same. The ventilation structure is mounted in two ways: in a plane or in a pipe. A direct insert is installed in a plane to secure a round air duct into a rectangular pipeline. In order to make it possible to secure it, a special hole is made in the structure. To ensure the rigidity of the part, it is important to ensure that the transverse dimension of the wall exceeds the size of the hole by at least 5 cm.


Pipe installation is used to install a round air duct into a wall of the same shape as the pipeline using a connecting pipe. In order for the device to be securely fastened, it is necessary to make a hole of a certain diameter and apply a layer of silicone insulation to it. The corner one is mounted in the same way as the previous options. The finished mechanism can be secured using spot welding or special rivets. The installation is attached to the wall surface or to the ceiling. In order to make an additional outlet in the desired direction, special structural units are used - tees.
