Important: You must immediately select a hose of the required length. You can’t build it up; under pressure it will burst or the connection will come apart.

STAGES OF WORK

First stage. A hose with a nozzle is passed through the section of pipe being washed at idle speed, from which jets of water emerge under high pressure.

Third stage. All dirt is pumped out of the well using a suction pump.
Additional work. In addition, we combine the hydrodynamic method of sewer cleaning with mechanical and chemical ones. How to flush sewer pipes using a hydrodynamic method (using the KARCHER installation as an example):

  1. Select a nozzle and install it on the hose.
  2. Insert the hose into the pipe about a meter. This can be done through the toilet, inspection hatch, or another opening.
  3. Turn on the device. Hold the hose while working. It will move inside the pipeline.
  4. After destroying the main blockage (this will be visible, the water will immediately begin to drain), make several back-and-forth movements with the hose to better flush the line.
  5. Turn off the device, remove the hose.
  6. Flush the pipeline with plenty of water to wash away any residual contamination.

Temperature-chemical

It is carried out using a hydrodynamic cleaning installation, but at the same time it is combined with the use of active chemical mixtures and high temperatures of high-pressure water jets, the so-called steaming occurs. These additional chemicals The substances are good at destroying all deposits, for example fatty ones, completely dissolving them, then they are washed off with a stream of water and the pipeline is completely cleaned. This method is well suited for pipes larger than fifty mm in diameter. At the same time, the chem. the reagents do not interact with the wall material, therefore they remain completely intact, without any damage, their functionality is restored and their maximum efficiency is ensured.

Mechanical

This method is already outdated and is rarely used by us. This is due to the fact that its effectiveness is much less, the result is short-term. The method is to use a plumbing cable with a nozzle. The cable rotates electrically and the pipe is cleaned as it passes through the nozzle. The disadvantages include the fact that in this way it is not possible to clean hard-to-reach places; partial deposits will still remain in the pipe, the pipe will not be completely cleaned, therefore it will still be necessary to use hydrodynamics. We use this method only as a measure against complex blockages that need to be moved, then flushing is carried out using a hydrodynamic method.
